Japan fell into a panic when 10 individuals gets poisoned from eating Chinese made dumplings which they found to have contained organic phosphorus insecticide called methamidophos, distributed by Hebei Foodstuffs Import & Export Group Tianyang Food Processing. Japanese Government and Japan’s JT Foods Co. Ltd ordered the recall of this products after victims experience severe abdominal pains, vomiting and diarrhea after eating this dumplings. One 5 year old child suffered a coma after consuming the Chinese product. Japan’s JT Foods Co. Ltd who was the distributor of the said Chinese dumplings distributed around 13 tons of this edible product which they voluntarily started recalling after the said incident occurred.

Recently China has received intense reactions after distributing goods including toothpaste, toys, pet food and seafood which have been found to contain potentially deadly chemicals. Last year, China have been reevaluating their products for improvement against these deadly chemicals found in their products and even their officials said that this program of theirs is a complete success.
