Most of us wants to increase our page ranks and to be able to have more hits to our site. SEO experts would prefer to have sites with a higher PR to link with them, some leave comments on different post on different sites hoping it could create a backlink for them but some of the sites have those "nofollow" value in their link in which Google would not count as a backlink to your site.

I chance upon this video from http://youtube.com in which helps you see if the site has a "nofollow" relation in its link and you would not waste putting comment on its site when it does have a "nofollow" rule.

Enjoy the video and learn from it, I know i did. Thanks to the owner of the video also.

  1. Great tip
but there are still some issues whether nofollow is passing autority or not.. the nofollow value is yet still inconclusive
